As many of us are preparing and looking forward to seeing each other at the company meeting and holiday party, there has been an executive decision to take a reasonable precaution for everyone’s safety and well-being.
Specifically, if you are planning on attending the company meeting and holiday party and are not fully vaccinated, please consider getting fully vaccinated prior to attending. If you are not fully vaccinated and/or do not wish to be vaccinated, please take a lab covid test and submit your test results to Human Resources. This applies to your guests, as well.
We ask everyone to please understand that this is our company policy as we are taking the necessary precautions to make this in-person mask-free event possible, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
Please submit either the test results or vaccination records directly to Human Resources no later than [Day], [Date] at [Time], for you and your plus-one.
The covid tests are free and covered by your insurance.
Furthermore. Even if you are fully vaccinated, if you are displaying any symptoms that could be Covid-19, or were in close proximity to someone with Covid-19, please also take a Covid test. This applies also applies to your guests.
